Had to quickly order this original Dell so that we could get back to work instead of clearing paper jams. Tried to save a little money by buying a "reconditioned" cartridge but it made every other page jam. Do yourself a favor and buy directly from Dell. Installed toner cartridge in printer, and printer said toner empty/replace toner cartridge. Product was previously opened and taped shut - not new! Don't buy! Since I paid the 'brand new price, it's going back! Prints horrible and too light. That is a big difference and key to knowing if this was a refilled cartridge or a brand new one. The ink status says full, but the imaging status says 50%.
